TIMBER EXPRESS 2023

In September 2023, our experts participated in the international exercise NATO Timber Express 2023 (TREX23) organized by Bundeswehr in Jagel, Germany.

The main focus of exercise was verification and training in interoperability between tactical data links such as CESMO, DACAS and Link 16 with emphasis on sensor-effector systems. During TREX23 the 53rd Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare Regiment – communication jammer (STARKOM) and mobile radio reconnaissance and surveilance system (SYMON) were deployed.

URC Systems specialists provided support to the EW units of the ACR throughout exercise, gaining further valuable experience in the real-world use of our solutions, which is essential for their further development.
