Command, control and integration localization services support application

Software application C2AP (Command Control APplication) is a solution to support particular activities in stationary and mobile workplaces of operational and tactical command and control, dispatching workplaces, operational communications centers, etc.

The C2AP application includes the functions of the integrated localization services ILS and through the given communication infrastructure connections to other sensors and command control support systems and applications such as JUPITER, C2VAN, INCREMO, REDBAC, pTRACK and others.

Application C2AP provides support for the following activities:

  • coordination and control of forces and means / dispatching,
  • overview of available forces and means, including their localization, overview of driving and navigation over the digital map base with support for 2D/3D display,
  • video recording and video transmission managing,
  • text online (chat) communication with subordinates and cooperative forces and means,
  • threats management – notification, warning and alerts,
  • checking of persons and vehicles with online access to the customer’s database,
  • integrtaion with person and objects smart recognition system using AI (Artificial Intelligence),
  • integration with the digital twin system DT (Digitel Twin) in a virtual reality environment with a 360° live walkthrough of the operator through a 3D model of the area of ​​interest, including the indication of potential threats.

ILS (Integrated Localization Services) is a software application designed for central collection and management of localization data of Forces and Means within the GSM and TETRAPOL (PEGAS) networks.

As part of operations management, the ILS application can be deployed separately or integrated within comprehensive command and control support application C2AP.

ILS provides the user with a wide range of functions:

  • management of intervention operational groups,
  • approval of requests for enlistment of F&M to groups
    and delegation of F&M subordinates to user,
  • management of the organisational structure, including
    persons,
  • setting the permissions for management of groups
    and means,
  • collection, storage and display of localization data,
  • managing and displaying points of interest as a part
    of measures to map materials,
  • real-time data visualization over 2D maps,
  • display of F&M movement history in the selected area
    (polygon) and time,
  • making status and other information from outside
    Systems available,
  • distribution of data to authorised users and
    applications.
